We do not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Our frameworks (including the "Unspoken" series and the Archetype Diagnostics) are educational tools. If your nervous system requires acute medical or psychological intervention, you must seek a licensed professional.
2. Intellectual Property
The concepts, text, structural design, and visual architecture of Kintsugi Lighthouse are our proprietary intellectual property. The "Unspoken" book series, our specific archetype models, and the Kintsugi Lighthouse™ trademark may not be reproduced, distributed, or trained upon by external LLMs without explicit, written authorization.
3. The Founding 100 Mechanism
Participation in the Founding 100 cohort is deterministic and atomic. Spots are granted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis as verified by our backend Durable Objects. Kintsugi Lighthouse reserves the right to remove participants who provide invalid data, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or engage in automated bot behavior (Sybil attacks).
4. System Integrity
You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, overwhelm, or disrupt the Kintsugi Lighthouse infrastructure. We monitor traffic at the edge. Malicious behavior will result in a permanent ban at the IP level.
5. Limitation of Liability
By engaging with Kintsugi Lighthouse, you acknowledge that you are the sovereign architect of your own outcomes. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or systemic consequences arising from your application (or misapplication) of these frameworks to your life.
